I took my parents for dinner here after seeing recommendations online. We had a 7 course tasting menu for £29 which in itself is a bargain!
The food was lovely and I liked the variety of the courses, and the fact you didn’t know what you would get until the day. There was SO much food and I loved the little bits you got after dessert, we ended up having to take these home!
The students were lovely and it was nice to chat with them about their course and seeing them being taught ☺️- Food

An amazing 7 course meal. Each course, explained by 'William' was perfectly balanced to compliment with each other. I enjoyed the palet cleanser of a blackcurrant sorbet which was served before the perfectly cooked lamb. Overall a lovely experience.

Amazing experience. I host some of these chefs in my house each year and always wanted to try it. Food was incredible and so cheap considering the quality you are getting. They’re all learning but service was pretty good. They could do with some music in there and we had a strong draft from the fire escape but apart from that was fantastic experience and will definitely be back

Great choice of wines at non exorbitant prices. 3 courses served by our attentive waiter. All seasonal ingredients, catch of the explained. The flavours were awesome, excellent presentation, and sensible portions for a 3 course meal. Menu changes every 3 weeks or so... I've rebooked for an evening sitting, an 8 course taster experience of French Cuisine... I'm so looking forward to eating here on a regular basis as the prices are incredible £20 pp or £35 pp for the taster meal.....- Food

Amazing food and lovely atmosphere. Staff were attentive and friendly. Excellent value for money. Will definitly recommend and go there again.
Under the watchful eye of lecturers, students both cook and serve some fine dining food. Full silver service and amazing food at a superb price.

Absolutely excellent restaurant by the college trainees. The food was superb and where else can you enjoy three beautiful lunch-time courses for just £14.50 per head. The restaurant itself is very nicely and spaciously laid out in the grounds of the college and was scrupulously clean. Service by the students was also excellent. We have already made two further return bookings.

Had the 7 course evening set taster menu. The staff could not do enough to make our evening a fantastic experience.Our waiters were very informative explaining each course, any questions we had Jude was eager to go and find the answer if he was unsure himself. He was incredibly attentive, extremely polite, as were all the staff, wonderful team of staff and delicious, well presented food and great value for money.

Just had one of the best meals in my whole life...... if you ever get the chance to visit the Escoffier Restaurant dont miss it. The food is out of this world & the service is first class. I will definatly be coming back very soon. The slow - cooked pork belly was beautiful.
